Review the current legislation to encourage more use of less polluting vehicles as follows:

Allow Powered 2-wheelers into bus lanes

Increase the maximum speed of electric bicycles from 15mph to 20mph to match at least one road speed limit to make their use more feasible and safer.

Reduce or abolish fuel duty on pure biodiesel and other significantly greener fuels.

Consider allowing public transport and green transport costs for commuting to be tax-deductable.

Stop introduction of parking fees for motorcycles where free parking is currently in place.

Specify a class of low-speed, low-weight, high manouverability electric vehicles which would be useable on pavements to improve mobility.

Consider legislation to conform with the EU to permit B1-class light quadricycles to be driven (with insurance but) a lesser (e.g. CBT-style) or provisional licence, to encourage their use over other vehicles many times their weight.
