Given that the majority of U.K. residents wish to see the death penalty introduced for certain crimes,we would ask that a referendum of the U.K. population of voting age be consulted as to ; (a)whether they would like the death penalty to be introduced (b)what kind of crimes should it be introduced for if the vote was in the affirmative (c)what mode of execution would the voters most wish to see introduced
