If you have a two hour journey to your nearest hospital or secondary school then the idea of choice just does not work. If there is no public transport then there is no choice to use it.
Current measures of deprivation largely fail to recognise the special forms of deprivation experienced by those without access to jobs, training or services in remote areas.
Please stop governing the country as if it is all like Westminster.
