With Diesel now at 107.09p/p/l at my local filling station I think it is time that the govt. created a rural reduced duty scheme of petrol and fuel. Two busses a day come through my local villiage, neither at a time that would get me to or home from work. The rural community have no realistic option but to get in their cars so why tax us for urban problems?
