The EU has brought many benefits to the Nation of Britain. Benefits ranging from labour rights, environmental standards and the redistribution of capital for the economic development of failing regions.
On the international scene it is changing the politics and lives of non-EU members by promoting reform as a pre-requisite to membership.
Yet scepticism and a lack of faith in the EU prevails because of ignorance as to its workings and it's achievements (I have only mentioned a few.)
