It is mandatory for all NHS staff to comply with Clinical Governance. To be harassed and victimised for doing so by NHS managers cannot be acceptable. Such acts are powerful deterrent to other employees from Raising Issues of Concern.

ALL COMPLAINTS of victimisation for whistle blowing SHOULD be investigated; and ONLY by unbiased external personnel.

Any Manager found guilty of victimisation should be referred to the Crown Prosecution Service to face charges of a Criminal Offence.

NO healthcare provider SHOULD BE VICTIMISED for Raising Concerns of unsafe practice in the NHS. NO healthcare provider SHOULD EVER HAVE TO HESITATE FROM FEAR OF VICTIMISATION for Raising Concerns in the NHS.
