It is clear from recent responses from the Home Office that the issue of testing and type approving of speed measuring devices that fairly register the presence of motorcycles is being fudged. It is vital that speed enforcement is not only fair but seen to fair thus the testing of these devices for use on motorcycles is essential if speed enforcement is to remain credible to the motorcycle community.
