Why is it that significantly more Medical Doctors from Ethnic Minority Backgrounds have consistently seemed to be Unfairly Disciplined by the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom ?

Why is it that far more Medical Doctors from White (Caucasian) Backgrounds persistently seem to be given considerably greater degrees of leniency whenever their cases are formally referred to the General Medical Council (GMC) ?

An Independent Government Enquiry into the matter is hereby immediately called for - to finally put to rest such overwhelming public concerns about this alleged 'Medical Apartheid'.
