Pensioners in this country deserve to be able to eat decent fresh fruit and vegetables,pensioners are going without decent food to be able to pay for other everyday things such as heating, water, gas, electricity, many pensioners are entering hospitals malnourished and dehydrated, this should not be allowed to continue in this day and age of such a rich country, we owe our elderly population decent food in their old age, they should not have to go without what many of society take for granted, good nutrition is important for maintaining health and vitality in old age.
