fishermen are wipeing out the breeding stock of cuttlefish in the south of england by putting pots on the sea bed with females trapped inside to attract the males, this results in excessive overfishing and risk of extinction- i propose a ban in this area of devon as a breeding ground to preserve future stocks especially as these are for foreign consumption!
