Jack Ashley's Independent Living Bill would give disabled people of all ages enforceable rights to holistic support and real choice and control over their lives. It would: end the crisis in social care; deliver greater equality for disabled people and those who provide unpaid care and support (many women and many children)and enable more people to contribute to their communities and to the economy.
