We the undersigned,are shocked by the attitude of the NHS TRUST to complaints...
"As many people have found out the NHS COMPLAINTS SYSTEM is designed to protect members of staff rather than offer apologies or Justice to justifiably aggrieved patients'. In consequence of the BIASED scandalous way in which COMPLAINTS ARE handled for a lot of people there is no ACCOUNTABILITY.
I humbly submit this petition on behalf of those who's Humans Rights have been Neglected,Violated & Abused.In line with Article 13 -The Right to an effective remedy (ECHR)
