Park Homes in England and Wales all fall into Band A of Council Tax rates. Most services are paid for in the Park Home Pitch Fee. So effectively Park Home Owners are paying twice for the same services. Traditionaly in England and Wales all Park Homes have been placed in Band A of Council Tax rates. There is justification for a Park Home Council Tax Band to be introduced to reflect the few Council services that are received by Park Home Residents.
