BUILD NEW PRISONS THAT HAVE ONE PRISONER TO ONE CELL MAKE SURE THAT THE PRISONER IS IN A CELL FOR 20+ HOURS A DAY WITH NO TV'S, SNOOKER TABLES,FOOD TO EATEN IN THE CELLS, RANDOM CHECKS FOR PRISON OFFICERS AND VISITERS ALSO PRISONERS SHOULD NOT VOTE GET TAXPAYER MONEY WHILE IN PRISON SHOULD ONLY HAVE MINIMUM RIGHTS LIKE FOOD,DRINK,BLANKETS AND NO PHONES CALLS A REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE IN WRITING TO THE GOVENOR, VIDEOLINKS SHOULD BE DONE TO REDUCE COSTS AND ESCAPES WHEN A PRISONER GOES TO COURT,AND THE PRISONS WEBSITE SHOULD HAVE DETAILS OF THE LOCATION OF EACH PRISONER IN ARE SYSTEM LIKE THE AMERICA VERSION DOES AND ALSO PRISON GUARD SHOULD BE ARMED AND READY TO USE IF PROMBLEM STARTS PREHAPS PRISONS SHOULD BE BUILT LIKE THOSE IN AMERICA LIKE FLORENCE,COLORADO OR CUMBERLAND,MARYLAND
