We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Dissolve the Memorandum of Understanding between the British Government and Col. Gaddafi of Libya until Human Rights and Free Elections are instated and there is a retraction of Law 71 which forbids the setting up of opposition groups and carries the death penalty. More details

The Memorandum of Understanding between Britain and Libya while all human rights agencies report that there are serious breaches of Human Rights under Gaddafi's dictatorship is in direct contravention of the Geneva Convention on Human Rights and the UN convention against torture. Stop the British Government colluding with Dictators.
