Government plans to build 3 million houses by 2020, have resulted in TWO 'Eco Town' proposals south of Selby in North Yorkshire; each is for 15,000 houses. Both are on Greenfield sites, as are many others around the country - which is not 'eco.' None are supported by local people. We demand the Government abandon this non-eco plan and re-think the entire policy, in consultation with local people.
