More details from petition creator

Exempting the Palace from the Act would mean that No Minister or MP would have to disclose his salary or expenses. Any person who recieves these items from the Tax payer should be fully responsible to the Tax payer and therefore have to disclose said items when requested to do so by any member of the public. I therefore request Mr Prime Minister that you reject this members bill.
