We, the undersigned, as residents of Wickford and beyond, wish to express to the Planning Inspector and The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, our wholehearted support of the decision by Basildon District Council to refuse Outline Planning Application Ref. 07/00801/OUT, submitted by Gleeson Homes Ltd and Gladedale Group Ltd to develop the land North of Station Avenue, Wickford, known locally as Barn Hall.
