After the disgrace with the Amersham Horses due to the fact that RSPCA had no power to investigate or remove the horses until 1 animal was actually found dead is a total disgrace to this country that has banned fox hunting due to cruelty of wildlife.RSPCA need to have the right to go in and investigate when attention has been drawn to them that animal/s are in great distress. Because of this the member of the public are loosing faith in the RSPCA due to the fact that their hands are tied behind their backs,and they are in fact as helpless as the poor suffering animals. And they should also be allowed to keep a suffering animal in custody without a Judge's decision.
